At
Team Building USA our mission is to inspire your company's
employees to acquire the understanding of the strength and
benefits an organization can attain when performing as a team;
rather than a group of individuals. To do this we tailor
each of our team building experiences, to eliminate the
proverbial "lines in the sand", in order to promote and
facilitate a team method of both thinking and performing.
Simply put, we look to build relationships among employees on
different "rungs on the corporate ladder", encouraging them to
think "outside the box" and collaborate more effectively.
Each event we plan is fashioned to be both entertaining and

involvement while assisting in defining individual roles and
