Scott Magerer -
President |
Scott started
our company in 1980 while still in high school as a Disc
Jockey. Over the past 30 years he has developed our company
into one of the leaders in the entertainment industry in
Washington, DC and the Mid-Atlantic region and now the
Nation. Scott’s mission is to stay on the cutting edge of
our industry by providing the latest and most creative
equipment and entertainment available. He often creates and
manufactures new and innovative games and equipment for ECI.
Scott has supervised 1000’s of events and entertained well
over a million people. Scott’s experience in the
entertainment industry gives him the edge that guides
Entertainment Connection and it’s staff to provide you and

Mike
Peyton -
General Manager |
For nearly a
decade Mike has been the General Manager at Entertainment
Connection, Inc. in charge of operating and maintaining
ECI’s entire inventory of products, equipment and warehouse
staff. Mike’s diverse background in the entertainment
industry is extensive and impressive. A leader of the ECI
management team Mike’s relationships have allowed him to
become an expert in consulting, planning and executing both
small and very large events. With a full staff and fleet of
trucks, Mike handles the day to day operation of the
warehouse and the staff. From loading trucks to helping
clients decide on what attractions would best fit their
event, Mike is an experience professional and continues to

Todd
Reed
- National Sales Manager |
A native of
Silver Spring, MD, Todd began working with Scott in the Mid
1980’s as a disc jockey. After graduating college in 1991
Todd began a 17 year career in both Commercial Television
and Radio. As an on air personality and marketing
consultant he established a great track record of public
relations, fund raising and marketing. From designing
advertising campaigns to Emceeing large fund raising events
his background in the entertainment field is extensive. With
the combination of sales and public relation experience,
Todd has re-joined Scott and the team at ECI and is excited
to work with you or your company in the planning of future

Jessica
LaVay
- Regional Event
Manager |
Jessica La Vay,
has
worked in the event industry for six years. Her background
includes Event Planning, Fundraising, Event Operations,
Catering Sales and Event Tent & Décor Sales. While working
in event catering and sales, Jessica became involved in
event fundraising, working with the Rock Bottom Foundation
and Montgomery County Burn Victims Foundation. In 2006, she
began organizing various local events to raise funds for
child burn victims. Jessica has been a member of PMPI since
2006 and currently serves as the Board Director for the
Member Recognition Committee. She was the recipient of the
PMPI Supplier of the Year Award (2008-2009). She received
her B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism from Flagler
College in St. Augustine, FL. When she is not working,
Jessica enjoys running, spending time with family and
friends and anything that involves being outdoors! Whether
it’s a small scale or large convention, she looks forward to
